Ever wonder how Ronnie came up with these tag lines? Strangely enough, Ronnie came up with them because he was too strong to have a training partner (shocker) and needed to fire himself up before big sets. So, he started screaming these phrases by himself in the gym. He had no idea that 25 years later they would grow to the iconic status that they garner today.

This pre-workout is not for the faint-hearted, we recommend taking HALF A SCOOP to access tolerance 15 – 20 minutes before a workout. We’ve realised taking half a scoop to a scoop in 250ml water, taken as a shot followed by more water during your workout.
